Enhance Custom Properties

Add support for new custom job property data types:

  • YesNo (having a boolean-type datatype is common for custom properties)

  • Timestamp (also common)

  • FileName (to allow use with step resources)

Allow custom job properties to be set by formula using RPD symbol notation.

Include a "Custom Document Properties" tab for displaying database document properties on the property notebook.

    Couple other ideas to add to this:

    1. Often we need matching job and doc props, so we can set job props from doc props or doc props from job props as documents go through DocPool and get commingled. For example. Job.Custom.PropA and Doc.Custom.PropA. Currently the suffix cannot be the same, so we have to do something like Job.Custom.PropA and Doc.Custom.DocPropA, which is annoying, since we could do the former in the Advanced Workflow Tools custom properties.

    2. With the timestamp datatype, it would be good to come up with a design that supports a timezone for the timestamp property.

    Add the possibility to create larger string properties. Currently the max is 5120. In the old custom document properties the max size was 32700.

    Currently you can't specify a job property name with dots "." in the name. Sometimes dots are helpful in categorizing properties, so this is another enhancement suggestion -- to allow dots in the name.
