open Spool Files from GUI

i would like to be able to open spool files directly from the GUI instead of having to navigate to the directory manually.

    Might be good to also have a secured way for an RPD admin to download a zip of the current spool directory like we do with an aiwcapture. This would need to be an Admin only option and should be something that can be enabled/disabled for our more secure environments where this level of access is not permitted.
