Create jobs without input file

RPD offers a powerful Workflow system which can be utilized to create all forms of automations. Sometimes, it's not necessary to have an input job. An example would be to have a workflow which collects/downloads files in a rather complex way and processes them. Input devices do not offer any processing and always require input files to start a workflow.
