Viewing which job is using up resources in System Health panel

It would be nice to know what job/workflow in RPD is using up the cpu processes and memory in the System Health Panel, especially when there are hundreds of jobs in the queue

add timestamps to capture.log

We were trying to figure out why running an aiw capture is taking a long time, we noticed the capture.log does not contain any timestamp. please consider adding timestamps to that log please.

SAP Callback just like in IPM
