Checklist to help prepare for an upgrade

Customers can be unclear how to get started with their upgrade, and starting with Level 1 support can be episodic and result in delays. Provide a checklist customers can use to prepare for and conduct the upgrade.

Add Duplex PDF Banner Pages

Customer is attempting to print PDF jobs with Duplex banner pages to a VC40000 that has its virtual print queue configured as 2-Up Duplex. This capability is not available in RPD today.

Sorting by Job Priority – Show jobs with no (Null) job priority set at the bottom of the results (normal sort order)

When sorting in the new GUI jobs with no (Null) job priority are showing on top when sorting. In the old GUI they would show below the jobs with a priority set. Customers would like the new GUI to sort the same as the old GUI.
