Accept all defaults at install time

Have an option on the "setup" binary to accept all default options at install time. Obviously the license will need to be accepted but after that just use the default username, groups, database names and so on so the user does not have to spam ENT...

Allow for a service account to execute the rest API

More step colors

Please enable the INTRAY(BIN) parameter to be used with the RPD printer.
