    Ability to post messages to Operators on the Schedule dialog

    This would allow users with administrative permissions to post messages that would appear on the Schedule Jobs dialog. This could help convey just-in-time info for job scheduling.

    SAP Callback just like in IPM

    RPD should be able to have a "callback daemon" or similar running to sync the job status with an SAP system, which transferred this job via the OMS plugin in SAP.
