Automated configuration of RPD from another system

Add the ability for a new RPD installed system to connect to an existing RPD system to copy over it's configuration. Automated lift and shift.

Tab selection in Main Jobs Window

Priority on input devices

It would be nice to be able to set priority on Input devices, It would be handy to have folders set to be true hot folders where when work shows up there it gets loaded before other files.
