Main - Auto-fit Portlets

Some of the behaviors when resizing portlets on the Main screen are awkward. Hard to get the layout you want. Offer an "auto-layout" ability to create a clean Main layout without needing to fuss with adjusting individual portlets.

Add notifications for Collectors and Transmitters
